To begin the conflict resolution process. KLADZ will begin its efforts with individually meeting each party involved. We believe that this is an important process to see where the differences lie. This allows the KLADZ team to analyze the issue and gives us the chance to engage in constructive dialogue by preparing and coaching each party involved.
The facilitated dialogue is a follow up to our one-on-one interview. We then decide who needs to be involved in our dialogue session. Our goal is facilitating reconciliation between the parties in conflict and move forward in a productive work relationship.
KLADZ Resources offers various coaching sessions based on your business needs. After reaching a resolve with an agreement this is important to rebuild trust with the parties and to make sure that our solutions are working. This will be an ongoing process that requires careful monitoring and adjustments as needed.
