Kadianne Pinard is the founder and CEO of KLADZ Resources & Consulting LLC. KLADZ Resources & Consulting LLC is a Human Resources & Conflict Resolution Consulting Company serving the South Florida community. She is an immigrant from the island of Jamaica and migrated to the United States at the age of twenty-one. She started as a Care Manager, and while traveling as a Manager she was able to see the value of Human Capital & Conflict Resolution. She understood diversity as a Caribbean American and believes that with diversity comes different views and perspectives that should be respected regardless of our differences.
She started her Human Resources career at a local nursing home while still further pursuing her education. She was able to achieve her Associate, Bachelor in Public Administration, and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. She also holds a PHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM-CP from the Society of Human Resources. She is also a certified Strategic Workforce Planner. Mrs. Pinard is a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and is currently a Doctoral Student at Nova Southeastern University where she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. She has been a Human Resources Practitioner for over fifteen years, where she has been nominated for and has also won various awards throughout her profession.
She has a passion for being a change agent and implementing tools to streamline processes to make them easy, productive, and efficient. She also has a passion for mitigating organizational conflict. Her motto is to “work smart and not hard while building relationships with your colleagues”.
