Originally from Jamaica, Kadianne’s journey has been shaped by her commitment to equity, empowerment, and strategic growth. Her background spans care management, recruitment, and HR leadership—giving her a unique perspective on how people and culture drive success.
She holds multiple degrees and certifications, including an MBA in Human Resources, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Strategic Workforce Planning. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution, Kadianne continues to push boundaries in workplace transformation.
