Kadianne Pinard is the visionary founder and CEO of KLADZ Resources & Consulting, LLC, a premier Human Resources, Recruiting, and Conflict Resolution consulting firm based in South Florida. With a passion for empowering businesses and fostering inclusive work environments, Kadianne leverages her extensive experience in Conflict Resolution, Recruitment services, and Workforce Management to help organizations thrive.

Originally from the vibrant island of Jamaica, Kadianne migrated to the United States at the age of twenty-one. Her diverse background and rich cultural perspective sparked her commitment to advocating for human rights and promoting corporate social responsibility. A pivotal moment in her career came during her visit to the United Nations, where she witnessed firsthand the critical importance of advocacy and social responsibility. This experience solidified her mission to create workplaces that respect diversity and champion employee satisfaction.

Kadianne began her career as a Care Manager, gaining valuable insights into Human Capital and the Art of Conflict Resolution. Understanding that a happy workforce is essential for a thriving business, she expanded KLADZ Resources & Consulting to include Recruitment services. By connecting businesses with top talent, Kadianne ensures that clients not only fill positions with the right candidates but also build teams that are motivated and engaged.

Her impressive educational background includes an Associate’s degree, a Bachelor’s in Public Administration, and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. She holds a PHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as a certification as a Strategic Workforce Planner. These credentials empower her to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with her clients’ goals.

Currently, Kadianne is furthering her expertise as a Doctoral Student at Nova Southeastern University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution. With over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, she has received numerous accolades recognizing her dedication and exceptional contributions to the field.
